I cannot thank Raja enough, I went into the online 1 hour stop smoking course with an open mind but also some trepidation. I have been a smoker since I was 15 years old and am currently 34. I have tried to quit lots of times using nicotine replacement products or even going cold turkey and not lasting more than 3 days max! I think what I found most enlightening about the course was how it challenges your belief system as to why you smoke. We all know that smoking is terrible for your health, but we still smoke during the course Raja talks through and rationales the reason people smoke and then breaks down those ideas in a logical way.

The 1-hour video was engaging and personal l it finished off with a short session of hypnotherapy. I went to bed that night thinking about what was spoken about in the course, and it all clicked in my head. Raja provides you with a hypnotherapy recording which you are advised to listen too every day for a month which was fantastic and really calming. Now it would be a lie to say it was completely easy from the get-go, I did have “some strong cravings” at some points but then I would make sure to think back to the course and my belief systems as to why I smoke, and the cravings passed. Raja was also at hand if I felt that I needed to speak about anything. I really can’t thank him enough it’s month 3 of being a nonsmoker!! Not only have I saved just under £2000 (which is insane) I feel like a completely different person. The benefits on my body and mind are incredible I’m able to perform better at cardio at the gym, walking upstairs , I no longer wake up coughing every morning and my skin and hair have life to them again!

I met Raja on Instagram, and he introduced me to this Nava Bali. I joined "Becoming Non-Smoker" for 23 days. Since day one, Raja has become very helpful and encouraged me a lot.
The first video I watched is insightful, opening my eyes and giving me many reasons to stop smoking.
During the video, in some parts, Raja asked me to smoke, and it made me enjoy every step of this therapy. I won't lie that in the first week, the temptation to smoke is hard to resist. But Raja was helping me by sending me a video and offered me to always contact him if the feeling of having smoke is back.

Many tips from him that are keeping me back on track. Every night, I do listen to hypnotherapy, which is part of this program.
